日本Nikon是全球最大的光學儀器制造商之一。其主要產品有光學顯微鏡和照相機等,在科研、實驗和生產領域尤以光學顯微鏡知名。其光學顯微鏡包括生物顯微鏡(正立和倒置)、工業顯微鏡、體視顯微鏡,以及配套的顯微膠片、數碼照相裝置和相關軟件等完整系列。并且已拓展激光共聚焦顯微鏡和數碼顯微鏡等最新技術產品。
Nikon在技術創新、產品功能、性能和產品系列的完整性等方面均處于領先地位,是光學顯微鏡的首選品牌。
尼康(日文:株式會社ニコン,英文:Nikon Corporation,又譯為藝康(香港)股份有限公司),即日本光學,知名日本照相機品牌,也是三菱集團的關系企業之一。尼康致力于光學和影像產品的研究開發,其產品包括照相機、望遠鏡、顯微鏡和測量儀器。
尼康創建于1917年,當時名為日本光學工業株式會社。1988年該公司依托其照相機品牌,更名為尼康株式會社。
“尼康(Nikon)”的名稱,從1946年開始使用,是“日本光學”日文讀音(Nippon Kogaku)的羅馬字母縮寫,并且融合了德文中蔡司照相機ZeissIkon中kon的寫法。
尼康株式會社(社長:苅谷道郎)為了在中國正式擴大數碼照相機等映像業務,于2005年4月在上海成立了由尼康全額出資的銷售、服務子公司——尼康映像儀器銷售(中國)有限公司,2006年4月分別于北京,成都,廣州設立了分公司。
中國的經濟近年來呈現顯著發展的勢頭,各國企業把中國作為今后發展最快的巨大市場而加緊了進軍中國市場的速度。尼康也通過 Nikon Imaging China 等生產基地進行各種產品的生產,開展了在中國的業務。在銷售方面,此前通過香港的當地法人—— Nikon Hong Kong Ltd . 進行中國的市場營運和銷售活動。此外,還在中國各地設立指定的修理店,在進行技術指導的同時,進行售后服務。
為了今后在急劇擴大的市場上真正地謀求事業的發展,尼康認為需要建立更加強大和穩定的銷售與服務體制,因此這次決定由尼康全額出資成立進口和批發銷售公司。
新成立的公司將通過直接進口和銷售膠卷照相機、數碼照相機等映像設備產品,在提高銷售額的同時,強化與市場緊密相連的市場營運,并通過更加有效的廣告投入,達到品牌滲透的目的。此外,在售后服務方面,通過把眾多指定的修理店進行據點化和直營化,使之在技術方面得到強化。
尼康將在不斷發展的中國市場上完善從市場營運到銷售和服務的整套體制,通過提供滿足顧客需求的商品和高質量的服務,進一步強化尼康在市場上的地位。
